On May 23, Fujian Mindong Electric Motor Co., Ltd. held an expanded study session of its Party Committee’s theoretical study group, during which it conveyed and studied “Important Statements on Accelerating the Construction of a New Development Paradigm and Promoting High-Quality Development” and “The Outline for Building a Country Strong in Quality.”
On May 23, Fujian Mindong Electric Motor Co., Ltd. held an expanded study session of the Party Committee’s theoretical study center group, during which they studied and conveyed the “Important Statements on Accelerating the Construction of a New Development Pattern and Promoting High-Quality Development” and the “Outline for Building a Country Strong in Quality.” The meeting was chaired by Chen Han, Secretary of the Party Committee, and attended by members of the Party Committee leadership team, secretaries of various party branches, and branch committee members.
Chen Han emphasized that all Party members and cadres should further integrate theoretical study, investigative research, and strategic planning for development, and systematically promote the thematic education to achieve tangible results. We must put what we learn into practice and fully incorporate the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches into all aspects of the company’s production and operations. First, we need to strengthen supervision and inspection of the product quality system, promote continuous quality improvement, refine details, and enhance execution, thereby comprehensively elevating the quality of our products. Second, we must continue to advance the brand-building efforts for “Mindong Electric,” enhancing the brand’s influence in both domestic and international markets and bolstering customer recognition. By adopting practical and effective strategies and measures, we can further boost the popularity and appeal of the “Mindong Electric” brand. Third, technological innovation will provide new impetus, improving quality and boosting efficiency to drive development. We must consistently adhere to the product R&D strategy of “mechatronics integration,” intensify efforts to master core technologies, and continuously refine our intelligent electric pump products. Fourth, we must comprehensively promote scientific management, elevate the level of operational and managerial practices, and foster a corporate atmosphere characterized by “daring to take initiative, daring to explore, daring to act, and daring to pioneer.”
